Please note. We have had to significantly change our tariff and site operating area (see ariel picture below) for Culliford Tree campsite to accommodate new rules that come into force at the end of July 2024. This site is now restricted to 50 pitches, which will be allocated. Each pitch will be a minimum of 100m2. The new rules now allow us to take camper vans and motor homes at the Culliford Tree site. We apologise for any inconvenience to our regular customers.

TARRIFS

• DONKEY DOWN – £13 per tent pitch per night. Includes 1 person and 1 car. Add ons available as below.
• CULLIFORD TREE – £29 per tent/camper van/motor home, per allocated pitch per night. Includes 4 people and 1 vehicle. Add ons available as below.
  
  BOTH SITES:
• Unfurnished Bell Tent – £75 per night. Includes 4 people, 1 vehicle and use of a fire pit. Add ons available as below.
• Extra Adult – £8 per night
• Extra Child (5-14 years) – £4 per night (Under 5’s are free)
• Dog* – £2 per night
• Extra Car – £5 per stay
• Travel without a vehicle – £5 discount
• Bring a motor cycle – £3 per stay
• Boat, trailer and extra vehicle – £5 per stay
• Gazebo – £15 per night

We advise you to book in advance to guarantee a space but if we have availability, we may be able to take you at short notice.

*We do not accept dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act or any of the following: Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT:

Grass Pitches – Check In from 11:00 – 21:00 and depart by 13:00.
Bell Tents – Check In from 15:00 – 21:00 and depart by 11:00.

On arrival, Adults will be given wrist bands which should be worn at all times. If we are not available at the time of your arrival, please telephone the number displayed at reception.
We do allow fire pits and BBQs if they are raised off of the ground, however, we may have to restrict where and when these can be lit if the fire risk is too high.
Our quiet time is between 23:00 – 07:00.
